Position Description:
This person will be managing up 3 multi-site facilities in Arkansas.  This person will be responsible for the overall success, growth and operations of each facility and will have a team of Managers that report directly to them. 

Position Qualifications:
Open to relocation
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a finance or healthcare focus
Must have experience in healthcare operations and managing more than one healthcare facility.  Preferably experience managing 3 multi-site clinics
Must have corporate experience
Five plus years of experience managing multi-site healthcare facilities

Position Description:
The purpose of this position is to ensure and oversee the daily operations and supervision of the Recovery Advocates.

Essential Functions:
Assigns, directs, schedules and supervises residential Recovery Advocates.
Oversees and ensures smooth operation of the client residential structure, schedule and treatment milieu for all assigned programs.
Ensures that Recovery Advocates are engaged in appropriate and effective client observation and interaction to maximize the client’s engagement and participation in activities in all assigned programs.

Collects, aggregates and analyzes all data related to the residential component of all assigned programs (including incident and client satisfaction reports) and initiates activities targeting continuous performance improvement.
Schedules employee work times to maintain adequate and efficient client, activity and facilities supervision at all times in compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements.
Helps develop and maintain adherence to a departmental budget in conjunction with the finance and human resources.
Maintains liaison with all collaborative partners who impact the client/program schedule including the alumni coordinator, sales team, 12 Step meetings/speakers and supportive external agencies.
Coordinates activities with other departments, especially the Nurse Manager and Program Coordinator of assigned programs.
Regularly makes complex decisions regarding program structure, routines and programming schedules and addresses staff performance concerns orally and in writing.
Make decisions in cooperation with HR about the performance and behavior of supervisees and holds staff accountable to a high level of excellence in performance.
Thoroughly, accurately and timely documents problems and progress concerning individual staff members and overall programs improvements. Consults with HR before taking any written corrective action with staff.
Conducts annual performance evaluations for staff, including goal setting.
Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Current and active licensure as an LCDC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT with a focus on substance use and general psychiatric disorders including an approved QCC on documentation is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in social services or related field education in management preferred.
Three years’ experience in field of adult alcohol/drug abuse residential treatment or related social services delivery field, residential preferred.
Minimum one year supervisory/management experience.
Valid Texas Drivers License.
Knowledge of the 12 step process preferred. Previous experience in a 12 step facility is preferred.

Summary:
This position requires someone who is able to excel in a fast paced, detail oriented environment. Requires someone who enjoys the research needed to accurately invoice and who is not afraid to ask questions of internal and external clients in order to be very accurate and complete.

 

Daily Duties:
Create client invoices for parts and labor according to departmental procedures
Manage the efficient creation of invoices, track their approval status, and submission to clients
Communicate with the AP, After Sales, Purchasing, and Service departments to retrieve all relevant and necessary supporting documents
Be a reliable and cordial contact source for clients about payment status and invoice inquiries

 

Weekly Duties:
Send time and expense submission and approval reminders to field service personnel
Enter time information for shop personnel in time-tracking software
Work with Accounting Manager to review open AR aging reports and follow up with clients about payment status of past due invoices
Follow up within the company about missing information to complete invoices

 

Monthly Duties:
Ensure that all relevant invoices have been completed by the month-end financial closing deadline

 

Expected Knowledge and Skills:
Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field
Relevant work experience in an accounts receivable position preferred (oil & gas industry or construction preferred)
General knowledge of US GAAP standards, financial statement creation, and general ledger account setup and organization
General knowledge of Texas Sales and Use Tax laws to know when sales taxes are applicable on invoices
Ability to utilize QuickBooks* (v. 12.0 or higher) with versatility, with emphasis on Accounts Receivable and related Accounts Payable functions

Technical background would be preferred (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, CAD, etc)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Maintain positive professional relationships with key regional leadership contacts
Flexible schedule. This position oversees an environment that is open 7 days a week up to 24 hours that will require weekend rotation and some evenings.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years customer service experience and a minimum 2 years leadership experience
Degree preferred but not required
Retail indsutry experience highly proferred
Luxury Customer Service experience is required

Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience
Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs
Knowledge of call center industry and best practices
Friendly, upbeat personality that believes in providing excellent customer service.

Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
Ability to motivate and mentor team, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development
Skill in providing outstanding customer service through support of escalated customer issues
Ability to defuse situations, get to the issue and solve the problem.
Skill in time management and multitasking
Skill in providing constructive feedback to others
Proven success in motivation and leadership
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others to achieve desired results
Ability to make quick, accurate and appropriate decisions
