Our North Austin TX client is looking to hire a Director of Marketing on a direct hire basis. This is a great company that is quickly growing.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Formulate, direct and coordinate all company marketing activities. Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives and market characteristics. Direct the hiring, training and performance evaluations of the marketing staff including the Marketing Managers and Directors.

Essential Functions:
Develops annual marketing plan and budget that detail the strategies, timelines and tactics to be implemented for the year. Collects, studies and utilizes market data to support marketing plan and activities.
Routine overnight travel will be required.
Responsible for maintaining an effective online presence including updating content and design of the company website.
Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales. Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video media and other promotional material.
Assist in the development of strategic plans for new business development.
Maintains professional affiliations to enhance professional development.
Understands and complies with all safety, fire, disaster, evacuation and chemical safety procedures.
Additional Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing required. Master’s degree a plus
7 years previous management experience required. 5 years experience in the home health industry strongly preferred.
Knowledge of the Greater Austin Hills County, San Antonio and Corpus Christi market a plus.
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, ACT, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Applicant will be required to take a skill assessment test at the company’s expense.

The inventory control specialist will maintain an accurate inventory level at the facility and identify and optimiz common inventory items among facilities.  The inventory control specialist will train employees on the process of inventory management and cycle counting in an SAP environment.

Job Duties:
Develop and implement methods to maintain accurate inventory levels at the facility, act as one of the trainers on SAP Goods Issue & Goods Receipt transactions.
Identify and optimize common inventory items among facilities and assist in setting up stocking plans both physically and in SAP.
Work effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams, including those from purchasing, engineering and production to resolve data issues, vendor delivery and return issues, improve processes and work flows.
Manage effectively so that the cycle counts are completed in a timely and accurate manner
5S activity around Inventory Control including but not limited to proper identification of materials, work flows, & work instructions.
Conduct or supervise audits of facility inventory on a scheduled basis
Take on the responsibility for training employees on the process of inventory management and cycle counting
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:
Problem-solving and analytical ability
SAP materials management/inventory control experience is necessary.(SAP MM module experience required)
Superior organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills.
Able to work independently with some direction in office, warehouse, & manufacturing environments.
Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, note – Intermediate Excel & Outlook (must be familiar with pivot tables, charts and be able to export informtion out of SAP into Excel)
Manufacturing environment experience preferred
2+ years of experience in an inventory role
